Leak Detection & Repair
Fast leak detection and repair to protect your home from water damage and costly issues.
Chapter 01
Signs of a leak you have not found yet
Most leaks announce themselves quietly. A water bill that climbs with no change in habits, a musty smell in a cabinet, a ceiling stain that appears after a shower upstairs, or a water meter that keeps turning while every fixture is off all suggest water is going somewhere it should not. Small drips under sinks are the easy ones to see.
The harder ones sit inside walls, under floors, or in the line between the meter and the house. Warm patches on a floor, the faint sound of running water at night, and paint that bubbles for no clear reason are worth a phone call. Waiting to see whether a stain dries usually just hides how much water has already soaked in.

What Allied's leak repair covers
Allied's team handles all types of leaks, from small drips under sinks to hidden pipe leaks and water heater issues. The team locates the source, makes the necessary repairs, and helps prevent further damage. In many cases Allied can provide same-day service and finish repairs during the first visit, depending on severity and location.
Call (479) 278-4508 and describe what you saw: where the water showed up, when you first noticed it, and whether your bill went up. If you know where the main shutoff is, say so. Allied can't book directly with renters, so a tenant should ask the owner or property manager to contact the office and set the appointment.
Chapter 03
How a small leak becomes a structural repair
Even small leaks can lead to serious structural damage over time. Water can weaken wood, damage drywall, promote mold growth, and compromise flooring or cabinetry. A drip that costs a few dollars a month in water can end up costing far more once a subfloor or a vanity base has to be torn out.
Allied Plumbing Air & Electric works under License # MP6811 Plumbing and has 30+ years behind it in Springdale, Rogers, Bentonville, and the towns around them.
