Before you book
What to have ready when you call
None of this is a test. It is the short list that lets the office place your call with the right trade and the right timing, whether that is plumbing, heating and air, electrical or septic. Plumbing, HVAC and electrical service is available for homes and for commercial properties. Septic service is residential only.
The address
Where the work is, and the town. Allied works out of Springdale and covers Bentonville, Rogers, Springdale, Fayetteville and Siloam Springs, plus nearby towns and Northeast Oklahoma.
The problem, in plain words
What you see, hear or smell, and when it started. A drain that backs up only when the washer runs is a different call than one that is slow everywhere.
The age of the equipment
A rough age for the water heater, furnace, air conditioner or panel helps the office plan the visit. If you don't know, say so. A photo of the data plate is enough to read it later.
How to get in
Who will be home, whether there is a gate code or a pet, and where the equipment sits: garage, attic, closet, crawlspace or mechanical room.
